“I had a really great experience at this Subway location. The sandwich was fresh, well-made, and tasted excellent. The store itself was very clean, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable.

What impressed me most was the service — I arrived after 9 PM, but the staff still served me with a smile and didn’t rush at all. It’s always nice to see such dedication to customers, even late in the evening.

“I visited the Cary Jimmy John’s on Thursday, August 7th, 2025. This was my fourth visit to the Cary JJ’s following my last visit in July but I have always loved this chain of food. My sandwich was really good and it was easy picking it up after work where I just got to enjoy myself and nothing better than JJ’s to do so. I recently joined Freaky Fresh rewards and it is so worth it! The staff were friendly, respectful but soft spoken and good at their job. I am sure I will be back soon! (Written 8-15-25)“

We are seniors and usually order the Choose 2 off the menu which is just enough for a good lunch choice...a half sandwich and a cup of soup. He dropped the mustard bottle on the floor while making the sandwich. What really impressed me was he picked it up and placed it in the sink, and grabbed a fresh one. It didn't matter that there was no way any dirt got in the bottle, he did the right thing.“
