Although the manager opened the door for me and started making me a sandwich anyway, him and his employee were great. Fast, polite and served a great Vito sandwich! “Let this be clear. This is a franchise restaurant. But the service I was provided was amazing. I know Subway is not a premier sandwich shop but the people at this location working behind the counters (i.e. the people that make the sandwiches you eat) are amazing. I wish them the best. “We love Bubs Subs! There are some yummy creations on the menu. Subs are made to order and quite fast. It's a small-ish restaurant, but there never has been a problem getting a seat since most of their business is take-away. It's especially helpful that they honor veterans with a discount!“

I've been here several times now to grab lunch and it has been wonderful. Sandwiches are fresh and delicious. Prices are extremely reasonable. The bread they use is incredible. “Solid food! Got the sweet and savory chicken sandwich and veggie spud. The bread was perfectly soft. Veggie spud had slightly too many vegetables but nonetheless was fresh and delicious. “Haven't had Jersey Mike's in a while and they did not disappoint. I got the Philly cheese with lettuce, tomatoes, Mayo, pickles and banana peppers on cheese bread. It was the best and I will be back soon. Very fresh food with a clean environment and great staff.Dietary restrictions: They now offer gluten free bread for their subs which is a plus. Most places don't have gluten free bread and this is a plus you just don't know until you ask.“

I only wish there was better communication on when there will be double and triple points days. “This is my favorite Subway! It’s always clean, employees are always friendly, fast and professional. The bread is always fresh, the meat and condiments are always stocked and fresh as well. They know me on a first name basis and start making my sandwich when I start walking in. I highly recommend!“
“i might be biased here but this is one of my favorite chain places. Their salads are always great, many of my coworkers enjoy their sandwiches as well. You gotta get a sweet tea - may i suggest a half & half with lemonade. They also have great desserts, i always get a chocolate chip cookie, they are soft and delicious. The staff at this location are always super friendly and as quick as they can be. I've seen them short staffed many times in the past and they always try their best and have a smile on. Really no issues with service at all - around lunch time this place gets busy. Plenty of seating, bathrooms are always clean. I love McAlister's.. i wish there was one in NJ but i frequent this location enough to satisfy my salad cravings.“

“This place is hopping! It's Friday noon and this is a popular spot with regulars who are greeted by staff!! I can see why other Yelpers say that this Subway is their favorite! The space is super clean, appears newly renovated and every surface is spotless! Lots of tables. 3 staff working the counter mean the line moves quickly. Order was perfect! I like how the staff member smiled and asked, "No chips today?" to the customer who usually orders chips and today she had forgotten. They remember their customers! I also observed the staff kindly and patiently assist a customer with autism. As a mama of a young Autistic adult, I really appreciate that!! Lovely place! I'll be back!!“
“Subway in CrystaLake on Route 14 is our favorite Subway location . I always ask to put on extra veggies. I get a 12" sub and took picture of the second half. It's so fresh and they are generous with their veggies. Through the app we get points. Today we got two footlong and also got couple $ off and were able to combine it with their promo. We have been going to them for a few years and switched from another town that they are not as generous with their toppings. Great job on being prompt and following our special requests! We are one of their regulars. Well worth going to this location.“
“We ordered 6 sandwich’s and 6 sides for delivery. The order taker did a fabulous job taking the order. The sandwiches were delicious as always. Order was delivered within 15 minutes. My problem is the delivery fee! $12.45! This didn’t include the tip, its stated driver doesn’t get any portion of the delivery charge on the website. So it was close to $25 to have sandwiches delivered! We never thought to ask what the delivery charge was since delivery is usually $3-5. The ridiculous fee was never mentioned during the ordering process. Customers should be told of the fees. If we knew we would have definitely picked up!“
