I ordered lunch and needed to have it within 15 minutes and Jonathan happened to be the delivery guy for the job and arrived in perfect time and was very polite! I will definitely be calling back and hoping Jonathan will be delivering again! Thank you so much!
Amazing food service, and shout out to the manager that exceeds his job description to keep his customers happy I will continue to come here. Serves the Customer well.
I visited the Crystal Lake Jimmy John’s on Monday, October 20th, 2025. This was my first time back to the Crystal Lake location in months but I have always loved this chain of food. My sandwich was really good and it is highly recommended to order online, it is super quick. I also got the giant sandwich this time and it was super good!
