Absolutely love the soup and sandwiches! Head and shoulders above both Subway and Panera. And a shout out to the young man who made our sandwiches today. He dropped the mustard bottle on the floor while making the sandwich. What really impressed me was he picked it up and placed it in the sink, and grabbed a fresh one. It didn't matter that there was no way any dirt got in the bottle, he did the right thing.
These ladies and gentlemen know how to be friendly and build a great sandwich. If your having trouble deciding, they make some great suggestions.
This Team at the Crystal Lake location has the best of everything, comparable to the flagship store in Lincoln Park that I first went to 20+ years ago. They know their stuff, know customer service, and create the atmosphere that is associated with the fun and great quality of a Potbelly sandwich shop. Shoutout to Carlos, Hirem, Alex, and CJ for maintaining the brand and all for which it stands.
