Employees need to be empowered to help the stores with customer satisfaction. Ordered on the mobile app today and arrived at the store only to find that the doors are closed and that they are shorth staffed, only taking customers thru the drive thru. A drive thru line that had 10 cars at my visit. So having used the app to get in and out was not an option. Ordered a grande salted caramel cold foam cold brew and paid $5.75 for a coffee with barely any foam and zero flavor. Sucked!
Had to go home and put caramel in it.
Fabulous, friendly, Barista’s! Consistent with making quality beverages and fast service.
