Employees need to be empowered to help the stores with customer satisfaction. Ordered on the mobile app today and arrived at the store only to find that the doors are closed and that they are shorth staffed, only taking customers thru the drive thru. Fortunately the line only had a few cars. So having used the app to get in and out was not an option. not a fan of this Starbucks. orders are right 50% of the time lately and they are extremely slow.
