Good when its slow, waiters are nice, when they busy they just rather push un cooked food through the kitchen, staff is great. Or good place to grab a beer, food is 2/10

I went in this evening 10/16 with my husband’s family for his mother’s birthday. Her and I both wanted to order off the burger menu but swap for chicken like we have ALWAYS done in the past. Our server noted that you guys don’t do that anymore. I was in 2 weeks ago and ordered that way with no issues. Now she can eat beef but I unfortunately cannot so I was forced to order off the chicken sandwich list which has 4 options vs the 29 burger options. I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich then modified it to make the jacked up bbq. It came back incorrect, came with some white sauce on it, no BBQ sauce. I mentioned it to our server and she took it back then brought it back out to me with a side of BBQ sauce and said that’s how it comes with that white sauce, didn't tell me what it was or anything. Looked at the menu no where does it say that it comes with said white sauce, she didn’t say anything else just handed it back to me. I didn’t eat it, came home to fix it myself and noticed mushrooms on it…I’m allergic so there went my whole meal in the trash. Not sure if you guys changed owners or kitchen management but this is very very unfortunate as we come there very often and now probably won’t because I don’t eat beef and can’t get all of what you offer because of it.

The servers always have great personalities. The new menu is OK. No chips anymore. If you don't mind spending more money for a good burger it is the place to go. I will miss a great burger for less money. Also some burgers now have an upcharge.
Stopped by for dinner on Saturday and the service there was amazing even when it was incredibly busy. Shout out to my waitress Ariana. It's hard to find service like that nowadays. I had the kaboom and the other reviews don't lie, their burgers are great. It was delicious and monstrous. Had to have some of it to go.

I've been going to this restaurant for years. It's always been a solid spot for a burger. Recently all signs point to dramatically cutting costs. Food quality has dropped noticeably. The menu has been cut back and prices have risen.
On top of removing many of their burgers from the menu, they have also completely stopped offering their chips, which were made in house and were honestly a highlight of the menu. When I asked our server why, she mentioned it was cost related. If a restaurant is struggling to deal with the cost of... potatoes and cutting their menu back significantly it's not a great sign.
I don't think I'll be frequenting tracks any time soon, and definitely wouldn't suggest it to others. They've gone from a notable establishment to something I would describe as very middle of the road. Save your time and money and go to any other burger place, you'll be getting the same thing.
