Pizza was good but if you have a family and they want to eat different items you are in for a vary unpleasant experience. We went last night and one of my sons got a meatball sub the other one got a deep dish pizza and I got a regular pizza. The son that for the sub had his food done before I got my pizza and I was done with mine when the deep dish finally came out. Can not believe kitchen can not time it so a family can eat together. Wasn't just me multiple tables had the same issue. Terrible experience as a family probably would of got a higher rating if it was just me.

Seriously some of the best pizza I have ever had. Their cheese bread was amazing. Don't be in a rush, but absolutely worth the wait. We are not from Casey but will make the 45 minute drive just to eat at this small town jewel.

We had not been to GHOP for a couple years. Kids were visiting so we made 25 mile trip and were disappointed. The young man eho took our order was great. Polite and very personable. We got our drinks and sat down to visit. We noticed that two tables who came in after us had received thei pizza and we had not even received our salad. Our grandson received his kids pizza when we were eating our salad, but no sides. We got our pizza and it was good. We ordered a piggy pie and a margharita which was ok, but not as adverised. No garlic and no basil. So we won't be back. We have closer options that are good. We were just disappointed.

We had a group of 20 come in tonight for my birthday unexpectedly as the restaurant we had reservations for practically refused to take us. Let me just say The Greathouse of Pizza not only took us in but served us quickly, the food was piping hot and overall absolutely delicious!! I just want to say thank you to the hard working staff there who made my birthday a lot less stressful!!! I really appreciate it and without question we will be back!

So for Casey, IL, this is great pizza. If you grew up in Chicago, it's just "ok" deep dish. I got a sausage and mushrooms deep dish pie and I was pleased with the sauce and crust, but the actual sausage used was very bland, nothing memorable about the flavor. The cheese used is very good. All in, you get a great value for your buck here. Just don't expect lou malnatis good.

This is something i rarely do but we went tonight and got a deep dish Meatlovers pizza. Absolutely wonderful. My daughter and i both agreed it was better than Giordanos and Lou Malnati’s the powerhouse deep dish places in Chicago.

This was probably the best ? I've ever had. Super full of taste. Staff was friendly, food was out quick even though y'all were down an oven the day we went. Top class. Highly recommend to anyone passing through that wants a pie you can't get anywhere else! Cheers ?
I always have to have there deep dish but when I seen the have a carmelized crust I got that also the deep dish is some of the best I've ever had but I think that carmelized crust just became my new favorite everything was amazing and then garlic knots A++ for me

We had the perfect pickle pizza, the chi-something with Italian beef and au jus, garlic knots, and desert knots. Everything was super delicious! We will be back for sure!

Greathouse has made it on some of the Illinois pizza lists. And it's well deserved. It could be argued whether Greathouse deserves to be listed in the same echelon as some of Chicago's finest pizza joints, but what can't be disputed is that Greathouse is doing some innovative things with pizza that likely isn't found anywhere else in rural Illinois. Such as! East Asian and Indian themed pizzas. Unique bread knots as appetizers. A well designed beer list with unique brews. This is one of the only foodie pizza joints to be found south of I-80, and they do a fine job of satisfying a pizza craving as well as taking the taste buds to new places.
