Went to the store in Springfield, il.. bathrooms were horrible! then, She took our order .. got it all wrong.. got up & left.
Better service. Sooo slow. Twice recently waited over 40 minutes for our food to come to our table. Prices are higher but service is much worse than ever before.
We take our grandson every Sunday. Our favorite server, Miss Tracy, knows exactly what we all want and gets it right every time! She is like part of our family!!!She's even learned some sign language so she can talk with our autistic grandson. He absolutely loves her.
