Had a great meal with my family but disappointed that the Sunrise Sampler is gone and my mother was disappointed that they no longer offer Omlettes! Bith items. Need to be returned!

Food was amazing. Atmosphere was perfect. Staff went out of their way to accommodate my special needs. Special shout-out to our waitress Andrea R. for being incredible and making our visit a great experience!

Visited when I was out of town in St. Louis for Yankees games & wanted a late breakfast. Was across the river in IL.
Our service was slow and mediocre, and the restaurant was mot packed either. We waited almost 10 minutes just for drink order. Once food came the salt shaker was plughed up so I unscrew lid, caked wet salt dumps on table. I get waitress attention and she really didn't care. I ask, can I get another salt shaker, waits for me to finish to take it away. Just no friendliness at all. I got an attitude when requesting extra sytup.
My food quality was marginal. My pancakes were good while my over easy eggs were overcooked and small, my sausage was dry. My wifes food was ok.
Not just this location, but others it seems like quality has taken a step back although it seems like the menu has been reduced.

Our order was wrong both times. Super nice staff, though
Serverd hard pancakes
At the Cracker Barrel in Caseyville the Server Clint is horrible we been in here 2 1/2 hours waited a hour to be seated. Then another hour and a half before we even got a drink when I said something to him he got smart.Talking about he had to put eleven orders in.I worked as a Server and it doesn't take you that long put the orders in bring out the drinks.Never had such bad service at Cracker Barrel in all the times that we have come here it's ridiculous.
The breakfast was delish!
Waited 10min for drinks, ordered cheeseburger took 20 min to get it then I ordered med well and it came out burnt

Service was good. Food was good. Took forever for food to be delivered to table.
Good food
Cracker Barrel's breakfast is never a disappointment, with the right portion of fluffy, golden hash browns, and a warm, crumbly biscuit and gravy served with some old-fashioned scrambled eggs. The eggs were fresh, the bacon had that satisfying snap, and the hash browns were seasoned just right. That biscuit? Honestly, not the best breakfast I had, but was satisfying eating at this restaurant.
The coffee was not too strong, but flavorful, and our server was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our mugs stayed full. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting.
Very good food
We love to eat at this location…and Clint is an excellent waiter. He gets the orders correct and he treats you like family. Our food was hot and fresh.
