This cracker barrel's food is good but if you want to pickup an order, it's HORRIBLE!!! Your order is never ready when it's suppose to be and the order is always WRONG! This last time they left some items out but the worst part was they laid the bottle of syrup on the pancakes in the container. Those bottles are touched by everyone, everything and probably can be found everywhere. They fact that they laid the bottle on the food has to be unsanitary to say the least. This is my 83 year old mom's favorite place and sometimes we don't have time to sit in and eat so I have to get the order to go occasionally and I regret it every time...

Christian was a great server, our glasses were never empty, and he made sure to check in with us the perfect amount of times. The food was so good and I love that they returned to the original decor.

I ordered the bacon hash brown casserole and they forgot to give me my crispy onion straws on it, the bacon looked like it was torn apart and thrown on top of it. I didn't get silverware and they forgot to give me a straw for my drink. I'm surprised they remembered to give me maple syrup for my French toast bc they forgot everything else. The food is tasty, but I can tell whoever made it just threw the meal together to get on with their day and it kinda sucked. No care was taken to make the dishes. It's almost no point to buying this and just go to your local Hardee's and buy a breakfast sandwich. Overpriced food for halfway thrown together breakfast food. Not worth my money... Sad the first time I tasted cracker barrel they cared, now it seems to have gone downhill...

I’ve been a loyal regular and Veteran customer here for years, and I know some of the staff personally—they are wonderful and hardworking. However, corporate shrinkflation is ruining this place. My recent curbside order was $50 for tiny, weighed-out portions (8 fries and a chicken sandwich that was nothing more than a chicken strip on a bun?!) that are insulting to paying customers. My $6 take home meal was missing, but the person who delivered my food didnt alert me to that. Lets assume those items are 86'd to save the company pennies too. I checked in 10 minutes before my estimated ready time and the food was delivered cold, about 12 mins after i placed the order. It hurts to see corporate policies destroying the value that made this place great, which drives loyal customers away, effectively taking money out of the pockets of the local staff I care about.

This Crackerbarrel is not what I remember. The greens were over cooked, the meatloaf was soggy and tasteless. We have been loyal costomers of the restaurants for years. Quality, selection and portions at the restaurants have gone down the last couple of years. Crackerbarrel used to be our goto restaurant while traveling. We will be looking elsewhere for a good home style meal.
We were looking for good food and it has been a long time since my wife and I had been to a Cracker Barrel. I had the grilled catfish along with hash brown casserole and cinnamon apples. My wife had chicken fingers. Both were delicious! Service was prompt. Good place to eat.

Clen, pleasant, Waitresses are tired, drained, forgetting tge basics, Water, Utensils, Napkins, Cornbread, biscuits with ur meal. A lot of back n forth with the Waitress forgetting things we need to start eating. Water was giving with Lemons n my Water, I asked for them to b on a saucer. They Cut up Lemons, touching them with their hands nd the put the lemons n ur Water, How Nasty is That. I cud not drink the Lemon Water. Besides that It was peaceful nd pleasant. Thank You!
