The service at the Caseyville, IL was great and the food quality was very good. The downside was the dining room was closed. Another person said it was a failed inspection of the dining room but I have no idea what that means.

Vinay(skinny guy with glasses) was extremely rude. The lobby was closed due to roof work, and I remained calm and respectful throughout the entire interaction. I laughed only because his behavior was so unexpectedly discourteous. I had difficulty understanding him due to his accent, which wasn’t an issue—I simply asked him to repeat himself. Instead of clarifying, he became louder and even more rude. He showed an unnecessary level of aggressive energy toward me; Bet he doesn't have that energy with the British.

I sat in a Drive-Thru line for 25 minutes and they got my food wrong and it was not hot the people that work here do not speak English very good I had to repeat myself multiple times

I would stay away from this place. It is under new management/owner (let’s just say that.) The quality of the food as gone down tremendously.

Never got to pay for it I drove off.... The man on the mic in drive through was weird And rushing me. I have an 80 year old mother that's indecisive because of their menu offering so many options.... RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO SAY THE LEAST... WE REALLY WANTED DQ BUT TO BE RESPECTED IS WHATS MOST IMPORTANT

Probably the worst DQ I've been to in my life. Service - slow or non-existent. Food - terrible and probably not what you ordered. Absolutely skip this place and find another DQ or hit up one of the other fast food places right in the area
