I have been coming to this location for several years, and unfortunately, the food has slowly been getting worse, but at least it's bearable. As for the employees/customer service at this location, there have only been 2 or 3 individuals that have gone above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our order, but took their time ensuring that the food was made properly. They didn't half ass anything and made it as Domino's corporate intended it to be.
In regards to my last 3 or 4 visits, I have encountered an issue with the Spicy Jalapeño-Pineapple Chicken. You will see in the photo I'm attaching how it has been every time I've received it over the previous visits as well as the most recent. They don't seem to care that it is always short on the proper quantity, but also the proper quality. It just seems thrown together as if they didn't give a crap.
I also ordered 2 additional Mango-habenero sauces on top of the ones that come with each order. Which, of course, I only received 2 of the four total that I was supposed to receive.
Once I arrived to pick up my order, the person that came to the drive thru pick up to guve us our food, was super quick to close the window ln and turned his back to walk away. I'm not ot trying to say not to go here, but I am warning of the possible mishaps you may encounter.

Let's me Tell you this new crew does it right I had stopped coming for years off prior experience my boyfriend brought home dominos a couple of weeks ago we've had it 4 times it's fresh and the service is excellent 👌 good job dominos

I'm uncertain what's going on at this location. We ordered food an hour ago! Now, the delivery app still says prep. We're unable to tell if there's an issue. We call up there to get assistance, and get hung up on each time we call. We press 1 actually get a person when I ask for a supervisor she transfers me. Yet, again we get hung up on. Completely unprofessional! Now, we have to drive up there to be certain there are no issues risking our food being on the way $45 was not well spent here! Extremely disappointed with Caseyville Domino's! 😔 I was a weekly customer, I may not return for awhile until things change!

This is the 2nd time in a row that we ordered from this Dominos and it was messed up. The 1st time we ordered 4 pizzas for delivery and only 2 of the ones delivered were the ones we ordered. The other 2 were clearly someone else’s pizzas because they were nothing even close to what we ordered. Called them and they said they would make the correct two pizzas but we would either have to pick them up or it would be over an hour if we wanted them delivered. This most recent time we ordered 3 pizzas. One chicken, bacon, ranch, one cheese and one with beef and pepperoni but the beef and pepperoni came with only pepperoni.

Don’t bother with salads. They are pre packaged. Cesar salad had about 1/4 cup of chicken. Lots of big chunks of white ends of lettuce. First time and last time. Salads from Cumberland farms are better and filling. This one sucked
