Arrived at 8am, traveling to Tn. Got a cold dry biscuits with cold cheese and egg. Not the normal expected from this chain. Windows were boarded up from a recent break on the front of the store. We were the only customers at that time.

I was very upset at the my food was cold. I was going to work trying to eat one of my breakfast sandwich and it wasn't hot at all. I was very upset no I didn't contact the store about it just this is the first time I had a very bad experience with this one. I will not be going back I'll try another one somewhere else.

Everyone is always so pleasant! And I never dread going through the drive-thru, because they are always fast with the orders.
Worst place for breakfast anymore. Used to enjoy going their services great food was great however the last three times in the last month I have been there there has been missing or incomplete items in my order first two times I called back everything was handled professionally in great today went and ordered almost $40 worth of food for breakfast for three people to get home and the smoked sausage egg and cheese biscuits only had smoked sausage on them. Called spoke with manager and she asked for the receipt number I told her we were not giving a receipt the guy at the checkout checked us out and turned his back on us and walked away so is never given a receipt I told her what was wrong and she proceeded to tell me that I needed to bring the food back and that the biscuit oven had just went down so I would be taking the what food I did have back not to get any food at all... This will be the last time I go to this Hardee's I was highly disappointed!!! I understand mistakes happened but the last three times that I have been there is just unbelievable... I had worked in food service for over 30 years so I am totally understanding when it comes to mistakes but definitely not happy by the way this was handled today.. was not expecting anything for free just wanted what I had paid for....
