Extremely hit and miss chicken quality. I received the worst chicken that I have ever been served today. 8 pieces of burnt chicken jerky. No deal is worth this terrible product.

I ordered some potato wedges from here today and let me tell you they were the worst potato wedges I’ve ever had before I will never ever go back to this place again. How can you serve nasty food the dog ended up eating the rest of them. Hope this KFC’s proud of itself

I was having issues with my card yesterday, and I think the young lady was the manager however she was very patient and understood my frustration she ended up giving me my meal for free. I really appreciated it! That was very nice!

The crispy chicken wasn't crispy... the chicken was definitely old. My order was incorrect also.

My only complaint. Is 38 bucks for a bucket of chicken is a bit much. All else was good.
Poor service on several visits over time. Last two visits, could not get service at the drive through. They were not busy and had at least two people working, but could not get food out.

Placed an online order with a beverage bucket, was given a medium drink instead. Figuring it was just the app placing it through incorrectly and no fault of the staff, I returned to explain the discrepancy. I was met with pushback, and had to create the order in the app again alongside my own receipt to prove I had paid for my item. When I did so, I was met with attitude and reluctance. I was then passive-aggressively and silently handed the half-filled beverage bucket. I was given no apology whatsoever for the inconvenience, and was even asked to return the half ice and watered-down medium pepsi. Luckily I hadn't consumed any of it or I fear I wouldn't have gotten the beverage I actually paid for. Not returning to this location.
