I was the only car in the drive thru and only three outside the restaurant. I waited ten minutes after I paid to receive food. The fries were cold and the sandwich was so cold the cheese wasn’t even melted. The server was very rude.

The place was very dirty the play area was very sticky and the staff was smoking right in front of the door were the customers exit and one worker was there with her shirt up messing with her belly button. And flies everywhere.

This place is filthy. Mess all over the floors, tables, and drink counter. All this at 3pm with only 3 customers in store. No attempt by anyone to clean up lobby. Girl at register couldn't even be bothered to speak even one word. Looked disgusted that I even spoke to her. Parking lot is almost as trashy as inside the restaurant. This is probably in the top 3 worst McDonalds I've seen in the country.

I have eaten at a lot of McDonald's but this is easily the worst McDonald's in the country. Over the years I have eaten there multiple times. The service is always terrible. Frankly, the only reason I do is because it's the first fast food and restrooms on I-64 east of St. Louis and is easy off and back on the interstate. When I stopped last weekend I decided to go through the drive thru. It took me 14 minutes to get a McChicken, a cheeseburger and Diet Coke. The amazing thing is this has been typical for years. It's almost like they train the staff that way. Will I stop again? Probably. Because of the convenience. Will I again be annoyed? More than likely.
