Terrible location. I got some Burt black inedible nuggets from them once. Then separate visit there were exactly two pieces of chicken on my chalupa, few months later I tried again this time I ordered 2 boxes and was missing 3 of my 7 items. Poor management and employees with no pride whatsoever.

Caseyville Taco Bell had 1 job to do and they messed that up I DoorDash 5pc nuggets and a soft taco the nuggets was way over cooked burnt and hard as a rock the soft taco was wet wouldn’t get food from that place again if my life depended on it , its all kids that work there I’m not surprised that’s why the food is trash kids don’t kno nothing about cookin In todays world fire the whole staff and get older people that kno how to cook in there

Only had 2 employees so was kicked out of the lobby and not allowed to dine in. They also advised another customer that was trying to order that the lobby was closed. No sign on the door and the door was open. Terrible business practice!!!

Can’t even get someone to take your order at the drive thru unless you’re behind a whole line of cars. Food is good though
Dos Los tacos poorly made was wet fell apart and sticking to the wrapper. Drive thru cashier was rushing unfriendly. Packed tacos on top of the Mexican pizza all the toppings was stuck to the top of the pizza box.

Overall this place absolutely sucks. They always forget more than half of my food. Or the food is sloppy and put together terribly. They Never give me any sauces and nobody there has good customer service or a good attitude. This place needs new management for sure. I do not recommend this location at all.
