Traveling through, stopped for food. Ordered Chicken Enchilada burrito and a double beef! The rice in chicken enchilada burrito was so dry, the tortilla was hard! I couldn’t eat it! My husband double beef didn’t taste fresh but wasn’t as bad as the chicken burrito!

Terrible location. I got some Burt black inedible nuggets from them once. Then separate visit there were exactly two pieces of chicken on my chalupa, few months later I tried again this time I ordered 2 boxes and was missing 3 of my 7 items. Poor management and employees with no pride whatsoever.

Caseyville Taco Bell had 1 job to do and they messed that up I DoorDash 5pc nuggets and a soft taco the nuggets was way over cooked burnt and hard as a rock the soft taco was wet wouldn’t get food from that place again if my life depended on it , its all kids that work there I’m not surprised that’s why the food is trash kids don’t kno nothing about cookin In todays world fire the whole staff and get older people that kno how to cook in there
