My family loves coming here and getting sno cones they have so many flavors available perfect for any body who enjoys sno cones they have add ins available I always add gummy worms to mine they even have coffee flavor available my husband loves the wedding cake one and I’m a huge fan of the summer breeze my son like all the flavors haven’t found a single one he didn’t like

First time customer, definitely not going to be the last! We live in O'Fallon, IL and there's no snowcone places here. (There used to be a couple). Checked Tropical Sno out and it was incredible! Perfect for this hot day. Thanks again, will be back!!!

Absolutely fantastic, my favorite shaved ice place in the local area. Wonderful ice quality, no chunks at all. Great flavor variety, very pleasant people working the stand. Prices are around 5.50 for a large, not sure about anything else as I never get anything smaller...

Parking: If it's very busy there can be trouble finding parking, but as long as you're not going at peak times I've never had an issue.

Kid-friendliness: Big open grassy field next to your dining area so the kids can run. Metal tables and chairs so easy for cleaning.

Wheelchair accessibility: The location used to be a bank, so the shaved ice is served from the old teller location. Easy to use for wheelchairs on the cement.

Best snow cones ever, there’s never any bald spots in the snow cone and the ice is so fluffy as it should

Cute little shop, played bags out back. Service was quick. Expected the little ice beads like some places do with snow cones but this was actually fluffy shaved ice. Pleasant surprise and tasty too.

The snow cones that they serve are delicious. You can pick your flavors and there are some that are already picked for you. My favorite flavors are Tutie fruti, pineapple, and blue raspberry. Tutie fruti tastes like sweet candy but is also tropical. The service always surprises me and is just the best. The atmosphere is also good and I can't ask for a better place to have snow cones

Kid-friendliness: The workers are very nice and the colors are very bright. Which goes with their theme and is kid friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: The building is not something to go into but is something you stand or sit down at their tables. The building is on flat ground and is wheel chair accessible.
