Every time we order were missing things . Like cheese on added to whoppers fries for kids meals and adult meals even cookies that we've ordered for delivery and or pickup on line and in person no straws no napkins I've been nice about it told them just heads up this time sick of of it your in business for customer service you can't get that right half time past 5 orders have all been messed up I willnot be returning anytime soon until they learn to make orders correctly at least try and read the screen not difficult I've worked there in past .p.s telling us u come back well get it for u or next time well give u one doesn't cut it I ordered to eat now not another day and who likes cold fries and wants to make everyone wait while u go get the rest of the food that should of been there in the first place

Ordered on the app, got there to pick up the food through the drive-thru. Was informed they couldn't make the two shakes I paid for because the machine was down. Couldn't refund the money because it was ordered on the app, wanted to give me two $1 drinks in place of $7 milkshakes. Agreed to just get them on my next trip. Got pulled to wait for my order because they were waiting on chicken fries. Get home and ofcourse, I paid for a 12pc chicken fry and only got 8, my sons value fry had more fries in it then my large fry, or the two med fries. I ordered two 2packs of cookies and only got one. This probably wouldn't bother me as bad if it wasn't a MANAGER bagging the order!!!!!!

Shut this location down waste of time I’m calling corporate today to inquire as to why the boiler is out at this location 2 times a week. For last 10 months I been coming here I have only been able to get a whopper twice out of 12 visits. Seriously what’s a Burger King without whoppers? I’m going to start recording the number of visits and excuses they give and post those also starting with todays visit!

0 cars in line but told to wait to order at 9:28 p.m.. got pulled to a parking spot for no reason. It's 9:41 right now still waiting on food. This is ridiculous. Definitely will be calling store manager at this point I do not trust my food. This is not how I should be spending my night. The parking lot is empty as all get out. Just got food at 9:43

I ordered online ahead , and arrived to a large disrespectful manager who informed me two of my items were out of stock, and then proceeded to tell me what i would be expecting which was totally different without any personal consideration for my personal opinion, the personal lack of accountability is laughable, , all that for mozzarella sticks
