“As I was working locally this past week, Monica's was highly recommended. My favorite pizza is St. Louis style, and this was some of the best I have ever had! Perfect thin-crust with cornmeal on the bottom of the crust and party cut as well! I highly recommend trying Monical's if St. Louis style pizza is what you are searching for.”

“Best Sweet and Sour Chicken I’ve had in a long time! General Tso chicken was amazing! Friendly staff as well. Food didn’t taste old, reheated, or made in “bulk”. Extremely satisfied and will definitely be returning!”

“Tried Fairways for the first time last Saturday. We got there about 5:30 and the parking lot was already full. We were lucky and got a table even without reservations. Later it looked like there was a wait for a table. It's a nice dining room, nicer than I'd expect for a golf course restaurant. Our server was very friendly and attentive. I ordered beef short ribs. It's one of my favorites but it is always a risk trying it at a new place. These were among the best I've ever had. So tender they really did melt as I eat them, and no fat at all. They were so good, I wanted to like the plate! My wife got a Caesar salad with grilled salmon. She thought the salmon was good, but didn't care for the dressing - it was very thick and didn't have a lot of flavor. We were disappointed that they were out of the cheeseburger egg rolls already when we tried to order. I know I'll be back, the steaks come out sizzling on a cast iron platter and smelled great. The burgers and fries looked very good as well. This may become a regular place for us.”

“Love this place. Love the bartenders. Love the food. Everytime I come into town I make sure to go back to The Poplar Place. Every night there's is a new food/drink special and good company. Tonight was $0.55 wings and $3 burgers with Amy behind the bar. I love seeing old friends and putting a few dollars into the poker machines while I wait on my food. We're coming back one more time for Halloween before I roll back out of town.”
