Ordered simple bacon cheeseburger, best burger I’ve eaten in a long time at a restaurant! It was juicy, but not running all over making a mess. Was loaded with thick cut bacon not the typical two strips like many chain restaurants. My waitress Katelyn was great, she was very attentive and made me feel at home. Thanks to all for the awesome lunch!
We had breakfast there of Sunday Jan 16th. We had people in our group. They put table together to accommodate us and even provided us with separate checks. ALL the food came out in a timely fashion and it was hot. The waitress was the best we have ever had and even though they added a tip to our individual bills we all gave her extra money. If you get a chance to go to Centralia do not pass up this jewel for breakfast

Fried chicken is wonderful. Beats a lot of fried chicken places claiming to be the best! Service has an opportunity to be more attentive. Desserts could use a bit of an improvement. Music's not too loud and specials are very affordable considering the inflated economy.
