Great food. Nice atmosphere and plenty of seating and a cool place to sit and eat and cool down when it's in the 90's and 100's Temps and the humidity being close to 100%.

WORST SERVICE EVER. I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip sauced and tossed meal. I had a coupon that I received in the mail for $3 dollars off a 6 piece chicken strip meal. Once I pulled to window in the drive thru the worker took my coupon and card to pay for it. They called their supervisor to approve of it. He looked at it, and took the $3 dollars off of my meal. He gave me my card and receipt back. They told me to pull forward and they would bring it out. I proceeded to pull up and wait for my food. The manager came out and brought my order. He handed me the box, and told me next time he would not accept my coupon because it was for a regular 6 piece meal, and not a sauced and tossed 6 piece meal. Even though he was the one to approve of it. I said ok thank you. He walked away with an attitude. I looked at my food and seen it look like something that was thrown together with very little effort. I was highly disappointed because my wife had ordered these a few days before and they looked like the ones in the picture that are advertised. I drove back around the drive thru and waited at the window. I open the box and showed them my food and said that I wasn't satisfied with my order and I would like these dipped and rolled in sauce like they are suppose to be. The worker told me they could give me a cup of sauce and I could do it myself. I said no that's what you should have done the first time when I ordered it. The worker told me they couldn't accept any food back after they handed it out already. I said I haven't ate any of it or touched it. The manager came to the window and I showed him my food and explained how my order was not prepared correctly. He told me that he would not fix my order and that he shouldn't have accepted my order anyways because of the coupon I had wasn't the right one. I asked for my money back and he told no he wasn't giving me my money back and that the kitchen was closed at a quarter till 9. The manager was very rude and could care less that my order was not right. My family and myself have been coming here for years and never had an issue. Since it's under new management this is the type of service I get. I will not be spending my hard earn money here any more. I will take my money and coupons to Nashville Illinois Dairy Queen. The food is always fresh and the service is phenomenal.

Ordered a blizzard and had to take it home to freeze it to make it a blizzard. Was made thinner then a milk shake.

Bro I seriously just paid 10 dollars for two chicken strips on a bun smh inflation and greed is high here

Rocky had made me a blizzard and it was very good before it tasted just like chocolate ice cream not this time it tastes like an actual blizzard with brownie bites in it to point I can actually taste the brownie bites !!!

Ordered a cheesecake blizzard had no strawberry in the center and no cheesecake bites and I ordered extra I called they told me to tell Kevin and they would replace it. Went back they refused to replace it and Mis gendered me multiple times I have a video and will upload it

Do not use Mobile ordering. They'll steal your money. I placed an order, it gave me a pick up time. When I arrived, they were closed but it charged me anyway. I immediately emailed them using their app and was directed to get in touch with the store manager. I went to the store and they told me to get in contact with people through the app. I once again emailed them through the app and they told me that they informed the store owners that I would like to be contacted. Still no word. Horrible customer service.

Really you say open till 9pm. I get there at 7:30. Line was crazy. I decided to walk in. Doors locked. There was 3 other people wanting to go in. It's Friday night. Maybe you should say drive thru till 9 pm. Besides the Blizards are soft , you actually have to freeze them when you get home.

We just ate from Dairy Queen and it was horrible. $50.+ and all we got was 3 DRY double cheeseburgers, a 6-piece chicken strip basket, 2 two-piece chicken strips, and 6 dilly bars. They didn't even have gravy for the chicken strips. I also ordered onion rings and they were hard as a rock.

Lost me as a customer,very rude!!!

The staff are really nice, I just can't believe 3 small ice cream cones will put you back almost $10? Its a good treat for our kids once in a great while.
