This is a very nice place to eat if your in Centralia. We simply had burgers and seasoned fries but without any pesky flies. Just nice and quiet and relaxing without a bunch of noise.

Fairways is always a great choice for a meal. The service is always excellent but it's the food that brings us back. My British born husband and I love the fish and chips. All it needs to be 100% authentic is mushy peas but the slaw is an acceptable alternative. The cod is properly cooked and the batter is light an crunchy. The beer battered fries are different than in the UK where they would serve what we call steak fries but these fries are crispy, hot, and delicious. Nothing but kind words for the Fairways at Greenview.

I ordered beef short ribs. Two ribs come with the meal. My meal had one short rib that had been over warmed, and the other was a big piece of fat. The manager said she was sorry and took $3 off the $27 meal. Totally unacceptable.
