Not even gonna complain. This place rocks. Even when they are super busy they always make sure your taken care of promptly. The people in this town love the place enough to stand outside in a line waiting for an open table. They get things right the first time mostly there is a few times it was a little wrong but it was fixed super fast.. I absolutely love the "Godfather Breakfast. " my only complaint on this place is The cook NEVER cooks the hash browns all the way. They are always light brown on top and ghost white in the middle. Even after telling the waitress I wanted them extra crispy. So they always get replaced.. Other than that I love the place and go there frequently.

I was absolutely appalled and disgusted to hear about the rude service receive my employee received as she picked up orders for our local senior tenants. Not only were the orders wrong with missing items and under cooked food, but she was charged gratuity and all but expected to tip on top of that. She even mentioned that incorrect change had been given on one of the orders, to which a series of questions ensued. My employee was so embarrassed as she left that she was seen visibly upset when she got in her car. All the while, the employee rolled her eyes and began to laugh as she walked off, causing me to do this review. We will never go back here and never order from them again.

I ordered a to go meals and everything was messed up. When I called to get it corrected I was told to bring my meal back that they would add the missing items. So I'm to drive from Irvington back to centralia to get items that are missing and eat the rest cold I'm guessing. Was only willing to replace the items that were missing instead of correcting the meal and making me fresh dinnerinstead expected me to eat half fresh and other half old

Overall, I give this establishment a 4 star. Service was shaky at first but once our waitress found us it was pretty smooth from there. Chocolate chip pancakes were delicious. I’d recommend if you are around!

Five stars for the atmosphere is all the people that I know and joy speaking with when I visit the pancake House. Food is really good except for their pancakes are too thin to be called The pancake House. Service the service really sucks here they have a new guy now does pretty good but the restaurant manager out front waitress be standing there on her phone texting but you sit there for 15 minutes waiting for your waitress to come to your section no telling where she's at probably in the bathroom on the phone I got service in 25 minutes after I sit there I just about left but I thought no I want to see how long it's going to take to get some service with the manager standing there and playing on her phone. She may be the manager but she has no manager experience because an experience manager would have walked over and at least offered me a cup of coffee and a menu while I waited for my waitress instead of being on her phone. A manager would then go find the waitress see what the problem is why she's not out there waiting on her section if they're in the bathroom or whatever that's okay but they need someone to cover those sections while they're waitress is busy doing something else important. Also you can't go in there and order an individual sandwich whatever sandwich you order will have fries or something else to come with it and whether you choose not to have those other sides is up to you but you're still going to pay the price did they have on the menu regardless you can't go in and buy just an individual sandwich with taxes and tips for a BLT you're talking 10 plus dollars for two pieces of bread and three slices of bacon.

I thought the food was pretty good aside from the soggy strawberries I had with my french toast...fresh strawberries definitely would have made the strawberry French toast better minus the small piece of plastic in my French toast that I pulled out!! Definitely won't be ordering from here anymore!!?? The man who delivered was very nice though! ??
