This place really went down hill, the people don't seem to want to work, you can be the only one in drive thru, yet they still pull you forward to wait, and food still ain't fresh, I'm a sweet tea drinker, and it's always sour, I go to Salem or Carlyle if I want Hardees...

Well for one the service was amazing.. food great.. I just want to say I feel really bad for them.. they have no air we couldn't even stay to eat. Corporate should take better care of there employees they need to come work in this heat. It's the law they shouldn't even be working in these conditions.

The past couple of nights I have chosen to eat at Hardee's, Centralia IL. The service at the counter (or you could say from the dining room tables) was inappropriate service while the younger workers in the back make and bring the food out the customers who are dining in, while the front line worker is on their phone in the dinning room and not assisting the other employee on duty. Tonight especially the employee that should have been at the counter was sitting in the dining room, on their phone, out of uniform, while wearing the drive through headset.
While I was eating my meal a customer walked in and stood at the counter waiting to be served for 5 minutes. This same employee only got up and noticed there was a customer because they had finished their food and texting.
