Decided to go back after a couple weeks where I had missing food in my order. Went through the drive thru, menu outside was not lit up at night and when i asked about an item and what all it came with I was asked what size I wanted, I said I just aant to know what is in it and they said what size would you like. Drove off. Won't be back again

Go there 2am to spend $15.00 on a cold meal after they take 10 minutes to come to speaker????? They never give ketchup or NAPKINS without you having to ask like it is fast food do I wipe my hands on my car seats what happen to common sense ??? NAPKINS.. either the shake machine always down or something is always out…. Lady in drive thru 12 has inch nails 🤢.. not worth the money or gas it takes to drive there!!

Hot ham and cheese, chicken wrap and chicken tenders were ice cold. The server was cordial but the cook was screaming from the kitchen because we brought it back and asked it to be hot.

Not great. We went inside and were literally the ONLY customers inside. We were literally ignored for over 5 minutes while they only services the drive-thru customers. Then, when they finally waited on us, my daughter ordered the new BLT, and her only request was that the bacon be crunchy. Simple enough, right??!! Nope! Apparently not!! The cashier told her the cook would cook it however he wanted, but she would ask him. Which we never heard her do. The bacon on her sandwich was as close to raw without actually being raw as i have ever seen!!! I personally LOVE chewy bacon, and this bacon even disgusted me!!! So we went thru the drive thru to give them a chance to fix it.... Nope!! Chewy bacon again! This was at least cooked to a level I would eat, but in no way, shape or form was it crunchy as my daughter requested!!! How hard is it to basically burn some bacon??!! We will NEVER go back to this location!!!

07/04/24 I came into Hardee's the GM Chrissy was running front back lines the other Lady Harley was doing nothing the GM was working hard making sure the food was on point and the guest was taking care you need more people like her working the store.
