I visited this location today and witnessed an employee verbally berating a customer. It created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere for everyone present.
Regardless of the situation, customers deserve to be treated with respect. I hope management addresses this so future guests feel welcome and comfortable. I had already sent an email and a message on Facebook including the video.

They ask you to pull around and have you wait forever. I do not mind waiting a bit for some good food. However, the food was awful and didn’t get any fries. Mind you, the fries were their whole reason for us waiting for 30 minutes. They just never get it right.

I ordered a chicken sandwich no pickle extra mayonnaise. I get a chicken sandwich full of pickles no mayonnaise and the bottom bun is brick bat heart. I asked for extra ice in my Pepsi. I get no ice in my Pepsi. That's so ridiculous considering she asked me three times what my order was. They need to get some people in there that know what they're doing and ain't in there just to play I still think Salem's got him beat.

Food was cold and undercooked. Missing items from my order. Called the store to see what they could do, and woman was rude. This was my 3rd time ordering here, and the 3rd time I've gotten horrible food and service. Literally go anywhere else. Even the teenagers at McDonald's can get orders right.
