I have always had good,(if not exceptional) service when I visited this particular McDonald’s. However my experience this afternoon is too hard to explain. I was asked to repeat my order at the drive through. Even whe I said it wasn’t correct, I was asked again if there was anything more I needed. I said I would suggest that they not put someone that brand new on a Friday night. It was obvious that the 2 or 3 people trying to take my order at the speaker, were really too new to be there. Finally I’m at the window to pick up food and unfortunately no one could get the order right for me. I gave back the extra food they had put in my bag and requested the food I had ordered. I was handed so many wrong parts of the order I was in shock. They handed me 2 large regular cokes , my receipt and I not said frozen. I tried to be polite but this visit was very difficult for me. The worst part was that it was happening in front of my 3 granddaughters who were waiting for their food. I told them you had someone new but I do think this whole situation could have been handled much differently.
