I wish we had one in Mt Vernon!! I go here whenever I can!! Food and coffee is the best is Southern Illinois!! The place just feels like home. Workers are friendly. Where else can you go to lunch and get a killer tattoo in the same day and right next door? You people Rock! ???

Cool and hipster-trendy-aternative-eclectic style. Not great for just sitting down with a cup of coffee to get work done though. No good work space and too noisy. Seems like a great hang-out place and lots of great food options.

Rail is the epitome of community first. I love that they are very innovative by changing their menu frequently while still keeping amazing quality.
Dietary restrictions: They will do their absolute best to accommodate your dietary restrictions. I, for instance, don’t drink caffeine.. so their girls always recommend something to try that is decaf! I’m very grateful for that because I feel accommodated.
