Service was extremely slow, we got 2 pitchers of margaritas that had virtually no alcohol, and my food was very bland.

The food was great but literally only got 3 things and it was super expensive I ordered 2 things for my children and together that was 14 dollars plus the drink prices are outrageous probably won’t be going back

Great tasting food! Was delicious. I would definitely recommend Sergio's be a stop if your in town. The staff was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. We had car trouble before going there and had to get a hotel nearby and our waitress Lindsey was concerned and offered to help us if there was anyway that she could. She was so helpful. Also try the homemade ice cream when you're there, it is scrumptious. I would give Sergio's more than 5 stars if I could!

Get the Julio Steak as a gift from yourself to yourself for being so good.This particular one would really make a lot more money if they opened at 6 and made breakfast tacos........mmmmm.... breakfast tacos.....There is not a bad dish here. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is authentic (I felt I was back in San Antonio again) and the staff is friendly.

Been here a few times while visiting centralia and I've never left disappointed. Food is amazing and one of the best in all of Southern IL. The new tacos de Alpastor and Asada are incredibly delicious. ? server was super nice and attentive. Will definitely be back.
