I've never had a problem with their food except that last time... three of us got the prime rib and about 90% of it was fat! I didn't enjoy it. I still highly recommend it; I was just disappointed in our food this last time.

My husband and I celebrated our birthdays at Castle Ridge. It is a beautiful place with a beautiful view. I had Primerib and it was cooked to perfection. My husband had Shrimp Scampi and he said it was delicious. Our waitress, Nicki, was the greatest and the owner came to our table to make sure everything was good. Centralia is lucky to have such a beautiful place. Would highly recommend Thank you, Castle Ridge for making our birthdays special.

We’ve attended many events at Castle Ridge. They’re so good at thinking of every detail. Just recently we attended the Mother’s Day Brunch. It was cutely decorated and even had a back drop for photo opportunities. The buffet was delicious and the perfect combination of food for adults and kids! We love dining here and attending their events!

We enjoy the friendly atmosphere at Stonewater Restaurant at Castle Ridge. We enjoy the Thursday night Prime Rib special, the grilled brussel sprouts are great too. When craving seafood we go for the grilled salmon or fried cod. Love it when spring comes and we din e rooftop with friends.

My daughter and her boyfriend came here for dinner before homecoming. Prior plans had fallen through and she was hoping to find somewhere with beautiful scenery. Although a wedding was going on, we were still able to get some good pictures. Their server Jamie was wonderful to them. My daughter said she was so nice and made sure they had a good time. They both said their dinner was excellent. We will be back in the future! Thank you Jamie for being so great to our kids!

The hostess and our waitress (Jamie) were wonderful- if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

My aunt and I got bugers & fries- the portions were generous, but the burgers were over done (we did not complain as there were some large groups from the balloon fest).

The brownie desert - yum.

Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is gravel - there are handicapped parking places.

However, I'd recommend going up the paved drive to drop the people in wheelchair or walkers off before parking.

i am a former employee of this establishment. when i was hired, i thought it’d be the perfect second job for my situation. i had heard the bad reputation they had, but thought i should give it a shot. for the last 9 months, i’ve worked 10-20 hours a week here and over the course of time, i got along with the dining room & kitchen staff, the owners, event staff as well. i could go on & on about the way the treat their staff, the obnoxious rules they have for their employees, how they have cooks/servers running the restaurant (which isn’t exactly a problem, but it just leaves no one “in charge”), & people aren’t actually fired (“stop scheduling” & “cut their hours” instead).

from approximately march-july, 4 servers & a bartender were working the dining room. i would work extra when i was able, but it wasn’t possible every week as i have other obligations & priorities outside of this job & my 8-5 (as everyone does). between these 5 employees, we would have to work the dining room, the rooftop, serve at the huge brunches, and do the host’s job because they couldn’t keep anyone. 5 employees for 7 shifts a week for an extended period of time is chaotic and exhausting on everyone involved. they would hire some people, get them trained, & the new ones would either quit before training is over or very soon after.

unfortunately, the main events happened over the last 2 weeks, but this just scratches the surface. i had a vacation requested off for months in advance & the way it worked out, i’d be gone for 2 weekends 7/5-7/13. mid june i had a sudden life change and had to move out of the place i was living by the end of the month. this meant i wasn’t able to work 6/28 and 6/29, but i did work 6/27 since i’d be off for a while. this ended up being 3 fridays/saturdays back to back— unintentional but there was not anything i could do to help that. they understood the situation & since everything was requested off and were aware of the situation, i thought everything should be fine

after being off for a while, i was ready to work & make some extra money. jokes on me though because i was only scheduled one shift (7/20 5pm). once i got there & clocked in, i was told by a shift leader (server) that i would be on the rooftop because “it would be busy” & there needed to be an extra person to help. of course i wasn’t thrilled, but i did what i was told to do like always. i ended up working most of that shift by myself on the rooftop because the dining room was busy & the other person needed to be there. before this week’s schedule was posted, i told the shift leader (server) who makes the schedule that i am available to work 7/25-7/27 and was only scheduled 7/27 at 4pm on the rooftop. (all the servers are supposed to be in a rotation for the rooftop since it isn’t busy there and no money is made, but i was there both weekends & those were my only shifts.) this week rolls around…. i asked the one who does the schedule if i could be scheduled more than a shift for a week & was told it was the manager’s choice who to schedule and when. i spoke with the manager about it & was ultimately told that because the business was picking up, people had to be hired & i had limited availability. i don’t understand what that means because since it’s busy, everyone needs to be working despite availability right? i must be wrong.
