I've never had a problem with their food except that last time... three of us got the prime rib and about 90% of it was fat! I didn't enjoy it. I still highly recommend it; I was just disappointed in our food this last time.
My husband and I celebrated our birthdays at Castle Ridge. It is a beautiful place with a beautiful view.
I had Primerib and it was cooked to perfection. My husband had Shrimp Scampi and he said it was delicious.
Our waitress, Nicki, was the greatest and the owner came to our table to make sure everything was good.
Centralia is lucky to have such a beautiful place.

We’ve attended many events at Castle Ridge. They’re so good at thinking of every detail. Just recently we attended the Mother’s Day Brunch. It was cutely decorated and even had a back drop for photo opportunities. The buffet was delicious and the perfect combination of food for adults and kids! We love dining here and attending their events!
