I was up there earlier this weekend visiting family and I went to Taco Bell later that night around 1 AM and I ordered three plain tacos when I got my food the order was made incorrect so I brought it back to the window and then the person at the window proceeds to ask me what is a plain taco With the nastiest attitude, I don’t know the woman’s name, but she looked like a healthy junkie But this was absolutely uncalled for the fact that you guys have a plain option in your system and can’t use it to see what exactly a plain taco is is absolutely pathetic let alone the fact that I was being disrespected by a junkie who works at a Taco Bell at probably age 46 So I don’t know what needs to be fixed in that area But the woman who works nights playing around in the headset, definitely needs a disciplinary action towards them

All the tacos were broke like this and all the meat and lettuce were just all over the wrapper we asked for mild sauce got hot this isn't the first time this has been bad experience either the always mess your orders up through the drive thur

Went to order at the drive thru and was asked numerous questions about using their app and other things of why I should use their app. I just wanted to order but I guess now you must use an app to order will not be coming back to this place. Taco Bell wants you to do their job for them I'm the customer not a Taco Bell employee.
