Kitchen area around register was unclean, employees where yelling at each other. Got there at 10:15am to order breakfast and by the time they came they switched to dinner so no breakfast. Stood at register for 16 min before someone come over to take order. Sandwich wasn't warm and fries where mushy and drinks at fountain where not good either.

Love Wendy! She gives the best lunches and dinns! They got that real good juicy squared patty! Cheesey burger and fries! Chill chili and baked taters! Salads and such so.... Go and grab you some good goods! Sure they have their slow days; but hey, who doesn't?! Am I right? And a fun city park right next door! I'm there! Picnic time with my friend Wendy! My favorite freckled face red head, pippi longstalking pony tail look alike!

My husband and I placed our order at 1:20. We were waiting on change for a $20 bill from the cashier. She had to get the manager and he didn’t come up there for 30 minutes.. He was standing in the kitchen part laughing and talking to 2 men that were working. Our food was cold. He was rude terrible terrible customer service

Wendys in Centralia, common sense in 96 degree weather don't hand frosty 's out then have your customer pull up to wait on order to get cold fries. Now I not only have melted frostys but cold fries! DO BETTER! COMMON SENSE GOES ALONG WAYS! Will not be back

Very friendly person helped me around 2:15 pm today. First time I've been in there since I was a kid around 45 years ago. I still remember when they opened. So thank you ma'am for a pleasant visit
