This is easily one of the worst restaurant experiences I can say I’ve had in quite a while. I stood by the counter for around 10 minutes while multiple employees walked past me, some wearing Airpods. The ketchup pump looked crusty and appeared to not have been cleaned in at least a few days. When I finally got my order taken, it took the same amount of time to receive my food. The staff were all talking with each other like there wasn’t a line waiting to have their we taken. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat here even if it was a life or death scenario.
Centralia Wendy's needs to up their game. Dinning area was mess and the floors very sticky customers sticking to the floor as they walked around. And the staff weren't very professional

Every time I go I use the drive thru. The cashiers working the window is always nice and polite. I've had to be pulled forward a few times because we normally place a order for 6 people, but they always have it to us pretty quick.
