I visit the place because my close friend which is like a sister had her mother repass there. They cooked their own food. They sold alcohol there at Grand Marais. It's very chilled.
Visited the Grand Marais Lighthouse Restaurant with my mentor and friend, her absolute favorite place for fish! She’s such a regular that the staff know her by name. Parking was plentiful and easy, and the fish was fresh and flavorful. A spot that’s worth a visit if you’re in the area.
It was Friday fish fry and they were packed. Hats off to Kisha (with an I) for great service. I had the catfish filet platter with onion rings and fried okra. My partner had fried shrimp with onion rings and spaghetti. Large portions and cooked to perfection. $5 well drinks. Atmosphere is a bit dated.
