I come to Arby’s on average twice a week for jalapeño bites. Best in town plus the bronco berry sauce?! BEST EVER. However, I will not be returning. This store is the best of any locations around here as far as friendliness, cleanliness, the quality of food and correct orders. These employees think they’re slick taking pictures of peoples’ cards. I am beyond disgusted. Now thanks to Arby’s I have to wait for a new debit card to come in the mail, around the holiday at that. Do better Champaign!
Walked in here at 5:00 p.m. on wednesday. There were no employees at the counter, the equipment or fryers in back were beeping continually and I can hear all the employees in the back just laughing it up. I waited almost 5 minutes and nobody came out. So I just left. Very disappointing.

Nice newer building with a nicely decorated atmosphere. The service was average. We tried the cheeseburger for the first time and honestly the meat texture and taste was not very good. The roast beef sandwich isn't as good as it used to be. The kids meal is so tiny and had only a book in it of like first words and objects for a tiny toddler who wouldn't be eating that anyway. I was happy to have gotten a 17% discount on my Upside app though.

Absolutely love this place! Highly recommend the crinkle fries because they are so good lol. Fries are hot and fresh. Seasoned very well. All their food is hot and fresh. Excellent Service all the way around this place! I enjoy coming here!

After working the longest 16 hour day of my life my husband and I made a stop into Arby’s to try out the new doubles meal. But we didn’t get that far to try to meal because a worker told us not to come in when we were walking through the door red dreads kinda in the bigger side. So as my husband starts to walk in the same employee infected they were closing and mind you it was only 8:40 pm and Arby’s don’t close dine in and drive till 10. I proceed to say I thought yall where open till ten the employee then gets an attitude with me and says that’s drive hours. And proceeded to tell me she tried to tell me they are closing. Now apon my phone call with corp the dining room and drive are both open untill 10. I have gone to this Arby’s for three years and now I’ll take my biz to Mahomet. ? I hope upper management sees this review and takes action check cameras from 10-9-2024 around 830-840pm
Came in to order a Jamocha shake that's advertised all over the place, waited in line because of slow service, and when I finally got to the register they tell me they don't have shakes! Even though they have ads plastered all over the place! No notes ANYWHERE that they're not serving shakes.
Good things Culver's is right next door. They're better anyway. ?♀️

Rude service at the window, then we witnessed at least three other customers being asked to pull around and wait for at least 15+20 minutes, as the staff tried to figure out who's order was who's. Terrible service. I'm sure some won't come back.

Overall, the Neil St location isn't horrible but there a couple of improvements that could be made. The floor is always so sticky. After I finished ordering, my shoes were stuck and then you stick, stick, stick back to the table. The service is pretty decent, nothing stellar but there is worse out there. This location is otherwise clean, the tables were clean and it's never crowded. I got the wrong sandwich in my order and getting it changed was easy though it wasn't thrown away despite my having touched it which worried me a bit. You can count on this location to actually be open unlike the Urbana location on Cunningham.
