The staff is extremely gracious and fast. Food is warm and well-made. They do suffered from some staffing issues because they just don't have enough people but the ones they do have are great. Much better than McDonald's. Better quality, food and cheaper. Thanks again!

I was overcharged. The coupon specifically states I can purchase up to 6 meals with the coupon, but the cashier rang up only 1 of 3 meals using the coupon, thus cheating me out of approximately $10.00. I do not appreciate that. I didn't catch it until after I left so I wonder if it is an untrained employee at the register or just a sneaky practice.

I come to Arby’s on average twice a week for jalapeño bites. Best in town plus the bronco berry sauce?! BEST EVER. However, I will not be returning. This store is the best of any locations around here as far as friendliness, cleanliness, the quality of food and correct orders. These employees think they’re slick taking pictures of peoples’ cards. I am beyond disgusted. Now thanks to Arby’s I have to wait for a new debit card to come in the mail, around the holiday at that. Do better Champaign!
Walked in here at 5:00 p.m. on wednesday. There were no employees at the counter, the equipment or fryers in back were beeping continually and I can hear all the employees in the back just laughing it up. I waited almost 5 minutes and nobody came out. So I just left. Very disappointing.

Nice newer building with a nicely decorated atmosphere. The service was average. We tried the cheeseburger for the first time and honestly the meat texture and taste was not very good. The roast beef sandwich isn't as good as it used to be. The kids meal is so tiny and had only a book in it of like first words and objects for a tiny toddler who wouldn't be eating that anyway. I was happy to have gotten a 17% discount on my Upside app though.
