The best place in town to get breakfast. The only thing I would say is get here early because they tend to get busy, just as any other breakfast place in town. The food always comes out hot, fresh, and very quickly. I'm honestly impressed with how consistent this place is.

My review is a reflection mainly of the food here. The service is absolutely lovely, and I have been treated with nothing but kindness by the staff at La Peep. I have brought even family members from out of town here. This was my go-to breakfast spot with my partner before we explored other options in town.
While the service is very good, I cannot unfortunately say the same about the food (especially after trying other restaurants within the same price points).

Le Peep is an excellent restaurant for a big weekend breakfast, offering great food, super nice staff, and reasonable prices compared to similar establishments in the Chicago suburbs. The service is friendly and fast, and the food is excellent and served quickly. The brunch is a favorite among UIUC students and visitors, with the Sailor Sam, Eggs Benedicts, and penne pasta with chicken and veggies being popular menu items. The dining environment is super comfortable, and it is a lot of food for the money. The staff is always friendly and attentive, ensuring a delightful dining experience.
