I’d like to start out by saying, as for the quality of the cakes. I have no clue, I never made it that far. For the customer service- it is awful. I pre-ordered and paid for my birthday cake on June 13th, the website led me to believe the chefs were prepared and knowledgeable on how to sanitize work areas for allergen safety. The owner today, actually corrected me that allergens did not fall under the “safety” part and waited until hours before I was supposed to pick it...read full review
