We were in for a memorial. The salad tasted like it had been mixed and sat for awhile. I had spaghetti and meatballs. I'm not a meatball person so I cannot say on that but the spaghetti itself made me want to go back and show them how to cook it. Even with all this said I would try again just to see if it was the fact of how busy it was.

My wife and I came here and ordered 2 soups soups to go.
I was told 5 minutes.
15 minutes later a young lady came to check.
She went to the kitchen and we never saw her again.
Another young lady came over and asked what we ordered.
Then she reaches under the counter and hands me a bag with two lukewarm soups.
She asked me if I wanted them warmed up and I declined.
I can microwave them myself.
I saw the Mgr and she was quite apologetic.
She offered me a table. Which I refused, then a certificate which I turned down.
I visit twice a year and always come with a party of 4 or 6.
They may think oh he only ordered two soups what is the big deal.
Our average bill when we come is close to $200, maybe that is not a big deal either.
It is the last time I will step foot in that restaurant.
For $9 a pop, you can put a piece of bread in the package
Please correct me if I am wrong but shouldn't chicken and rice soup have rice in it.

Worst experience ever. Went in for our 10th anniversary and was completely snubbed. Food was burnt and pasta hard and chewy. Waitress never checked on us. Had to get someone in order to fix it. Awful, Awful experience. Will never go back or suggest to anyone. Won't give it a one star but the review won't let me give a zero!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff is very courteous and attentive, and the food is fantastic. We had the sausage and mushroom pizza, the fall apple and gorganzola salad, and the chicken milanese sandwich. It was all delicious!

This was our first time at the Champaign location and we were incredibly impressed with the food and the amazing service from our waitress, Nour. It is my birthday and I recently found out I can’t have gluten or dairy… She checked multiple items on the menu for allergens for us, and then surprised me with this Italian ice! It was such a sweet and thoughtful thing to do. We will definitely come back to this location again.

What a gem! Every dish served was DELICIOUS and looked like a piece of ART! You can see such a skill of the chef to design the plates! The service was excellent, everyone that served us was friendly and positive. Definitely will come back and tell everyone about this amazing place. Thank you for providing us with a great experience!

Got chicken piccata chicken was dry and pasta was mush it sat in the warmer window for atleast 25 minutes along with the rest of my parties food it all had a dry film over it I said something and they apologized and walked away. Still charged us and never offered a replacement failed to refill cups without asking, horrible at picking up dishes it was a total of 3 hours, most spent sitting as we barely ate our entrees. Also gave us the wrong appetizer and replaced that atleast but it was an allergy risk if we had eaten it. Food was seasoned so point there but $340 for 6 people to be utterly disappointed for 3 hours is an extreme let down, olive garden would have bested these guys tonight hands down.
