I was shocked that the biscuit gravy was brown. Eek. It was ok, but one and done. Peach tea was good, but pricey. Service was the best of the stop.

Service and food were both okay. They really need to cut down on the salt they use to cook pretty much everything.

Completely dissatisfied with the service this morning and the pispour attitude of the staff and management, as a result WE WILL NEVER be back to this restaurant. We were a party of 9 (7 adults/2 kids) and after waiting 1 hr and 43 minutes we still did not receive our order! A table of 2 came in 10mins after we placed our order. As the waitress brought their food out 20 mins later, we were told a portion of our food was ready in the window but we would not receive our order until all plates were ready. 15mins later our waitress then brought out food for a 4 top who came in about 5 minutes after the table of 2. At which time we were told their were 2 kitchens and they were working on our order "now" which meant the first story was a lie. We then went up to speak with a manager who said..."I'm sorry but" both kitchens had a lot of orders to get out, but they should be working on yours "now." What she should have said is we apologize, and we will COMP your order or at least a portion of it. But instead, she turned and began talking to 2 other workers. At that point, we said don't worry about it and we left. I understand having to wait for food for 45mins - an hour, but 1hr and 40+ minutes with nothing but excuses to offer was completely unacceptable!!!

We had chicken breast, what a great meal. The staff was friendly and fast. Cheaper than fast food and almost as quick.

The food was okay, and the flavored iced tea was outstanding. The best part was the service. Our server was delightful, and the manager comped one of our meals (there were two of us) because of a couple of issues. We hadn't been to this Bob Evans location in a long time, as the food and service under the previous management was very bad. We were pleasantly surprised by the new management.

I had three of my buddies absolutely obliterate your toilet, but honestly the pancakes were solid.

Great service, great food. The pot roast grilled cheese was awsome, and of course the biscuits and gravy.

I was surprisingly very pleased with the food that I got at Bob Evans. I think I’ve only been to Bob Evans one other time and I have no idea what I got that time. My husband had the double blueberry pancakes which he said were delicious. He just said he wish they had had an egg with it and he said the ham was not too salty and it was not overcooked like it seems to be at other restaurants. I had one of their new dishes, the Rancher BBQ Beef Dinner, which consists of baby red potatoes that are crispy and then covered with braised and barbecued beef with cheddar cheese, bacon and ranch dressing on top with two onion rings. And so many times the pictures you see the food comes out looking awful compared to the picture but my dinner looked just like the picture. The actual dish was delicious it was, not overdone it was very flavorful. It’s actually one of the best things that I’ve ordered from a restaurant in years besides the Black Bear Diner in Utah, which you can only find it in St. Louis around here. The only thing that I would say was unpleasant was at the first table we sat at the air was blowing and it was freezing and we asked if we could move tables and they said we could, and said that their heater had gone out so that’s why it was so cold, but once we moved, it really wasn’t too bad I just kept my coat on and the waitress was friendly enough. She did seem kind of tired, but we got our food in a timely manner and it was actually hot when I got it had been to another popular restaurant earlier in the week with a friend and my food was not even warm When I went there. I love onion rings and had ordered onion rings at that restaurant and they were cold and limp and not good but the ones at Bob Evans were perfect crispy hot and delicious just like they should be. So I Didn’t know exactly what to expect going to Bob Evans because there’s a lot of poor reviews on here, but it was actually an excellent experience, and we will be going back. And I was surprised at the price of the check when we got it very reasonable prices.Wheelchair accessibility: They don’t have automatic doors so it would be difficult for a person with a wheelchair to get in.

This restaurant has definitely been going down hill. The place is freezing, I sat with my jacket on during the entire meal. When I received my meal, the meat and veggies are hot, mashed potatoes and gravy are cold. My husband's meal did not appear anything close to what was depicted in the photo on the menu and was an extremely small portion. There was very little meat and drenched in ranch salad dressing. His soup came after the meal and was basically mashed potatoes...my hot mashed potatoes and gravy took forever.I told my husband to not suggest coming to Bob evans again....period....P.S. the hot dog at Costco was far more satisfying then the garbage at bob evans.....just saying.Fo yourself a favor, skip bob evans and go to Costco for a good hotdog with a drink for a fraction of the price.....oh yeah, the hot do was HOT.

The service was a tad slow, even with the restaurant not too busy. It took a bit for orders, drink refills, and the check. On a positive note, the banana bread was absolutely delicious and a definite must-try. The food overall is tasty for the price, making it a good choice for those on a budget.
