I was surprisingly very pleased with the food that I got at Bob Evans. I think I’ve only been to Bob Evans one other time and I have no idea what I got that time. My husband had the double blueberry pancakes which he said were delicious. He just said he wish they had had an egg with it and he said the ham was not too salty and it was not overcooked like it seems to be at other restaurants. The service was a tad slow, even with the restaurant not too busy. It took a bit for orders, drink refills, and the check. On a positive note, the banana bread was absolutely delicious and a definite must-try. The food overall is tasty for the price, making it a good choice for those on a budget.

The food was okay, and the flavored iced tea was outstanding. The best part was the service. Our server was delightful, and the manager comped one of our meals (there were two of us) because of a couple of issues. We hadn't been to this Bob Evans location in a long time, as the food and service under the previous management was very bad. We were pleasantly surprised by the new management.
