Taco Bell offers a convenient online ordering system and a quick pick-up service at the window. The restaurant provides a wide variety of vegetarian options, and customers have consistently enjoyed fresh and satisfying meals. The staff is polite, friendly, and takes pride in their work, ensuring that orders are prepared correctly. The drive-thru service is also efficient and friendly. Many customers have praised the service, noting it as the best among Taco Bell locations in the Champaign Urbana area. The restaurant has undergone renovations, with a new roof and updated painting completed in summer 2024, giving it a nice look. While some customers have experienced inconsistent quality, many have had positive experiences with their meals, including the popular Beefy Mountain Burrito. Though some wish for lower food prices, the overall quality and professionalism of the employees make it a preferred choice for many.
