Even asking for fresh fries, we got lukewarm fries. Hamburger meat was cool to the touch. The young lady with the super long extensions was amazingly rude and unprofessional.
To be fair, this hasn’t always been the case with this restaurant.
The operator and/or owner should spend some time in the restaurant to see if it’s how he/she wants their customers treated.

People in the night shift were super rude and did not provide me with a refund. I asked for a manager and they said that they didn’t have one . And the lady practically threw our food through the window not giving me a refund . I did not appreciate the attitude and how nothing was resolved . I have tried calling the store multiple times to see when I can speak with a manager to get refund but no one answers the phone . Don’t come here and spend your money the customer service here sucks !

The app and Google maps says they're open until midnight, but that's not true. I got there at 11 PM, and waited outside for 15 minutes until they turned off the lightsI understand if they're short staffed, but there was at least 3 different people who could've come to the window and said "sorry, we can't make your order," but taking 30 seconds to do that wasnt worth their time. Instead, letting me wait 15 minutes is fine according to them.

I went this morning and A African American older women came out to the door with a bonnet and a night dress on came to the door and told me they weren’t open! When indeed the store says it was suppose to open at 6. I called inside the store and she states that she forgot to unlock the door and here she comes. That’s when the black lady with the bonnet and night dress on comes out and was very rude and decline to give her name or corporates number. After it was all said and done she gets in her car and puts her work shirt on over her night dress and goes back in the store with house shoes on. Very unprofessional and rude. Don’t go there if you want quality service

Staff forgot to return my card at drive through. What a great way to figure out you pay for gas 130 miles away from this place! If your gonna be an off the highway food place make sure to give people their cards back kinda important.

This BK has definitely had some staffing issues in the past, but I have had a series of excellent experiences in the past 6 months or so (writing this review 7/30/23). The manager I've interacted with at the drive thru was very kind. Gotta show them some love.

My family and I eat at the Champaign BK on Springfield regularly, and we are never disappointed. The friendly, accommodating service and the tremendous coupons they circulate in mailers have turned this BK into one of our go to places. And we wouldn't keep going back if we didn't enjoy the food. Never had a bad experience there and the mangers seem to do a great job./appreciate their customers. Special shout out to KD. He treated us like gold during our last visit.
