My family and I eat at the Champaign BK on Springfield regularly, and we are never disappointed. The friendly, accommodating service and the tremendous coupons they circulate in mailers have turned this BK into one of our go to places. And we wouldn't keep going back if we didn't enjoy the food. Never had a bad experience there and the mangers seem to do a great job./appreciate their customers. Special shout out to KD. He treated us like gold during our last visit.
This location on Philo rd in Urbana, is a hit and miss. It really depends upon the day that you go and the time. I went on one occasion and the manager was so nice she cooked everything fresh it was delicious. However, one time I went through the drive-through and was going to get a chicken sandwich, and the person on the inside taking the order yelled at me and said "we only have hamburgers" with a very hostile . This BK has definitely had some staffing issues in the past, but I have had a series of excellent experiences in the past 6 months or so (writing this review 7/30/23). The manager I've interacted with at the drive thru was very kind. Gotta show them some love.
