“I cannot say enough good things about Smith Burgers. We have had over half the items on their menu and have never found something we didn't like. My favorite 2 items are the Swiss N Shroom and Bacon Mac Attack Ripper. If you haven't tried them yet, do it. You won't be disappointed.“

“I was there after what I assume is the busy time, so I had the dining room to myself. There was a steady stream of folks in the drive thru though. The "Deluxe Single Basket" was more than enough to fill me up. I had to buy a take-home pint, too full for dessert. The staff were friendly and at least one was always cleaning something.“

“I like the fact that they still serve salads. I can't figure out why McDonald's quit serving salads. I guess that certainly benefits Culver's.We have a tradition of getting at least one walleye dinner when it's available, but the price keeps going up every year outpacing inflation.“

“The Nashville hot chicken sandwich is plenty spicy when you order at the regular spice level, so that’s great. It’s also dark meat which is something you don’t see very often, and something I’ve been talking about wanting to see in a chicken sandwich. The only con is that it came with no Mayo or sauce of any kind, so it was a little dry.“

Juicy and absolutely delicious! Fries crispy and they make their own Ranch which is thick and creamy and tasty Price is high for Burgers but you gotta pay for quality. “Do not go through the drive through here! It's horrible! We eat here a lot inside but the drive through is horrible. Ex: today attempted it and there was only 1 car in line ordering. I guess they didn't know what they wanted at first so they took a really long time to figure out what they wanted. Then they pulled up and we are right behind them. I kid you not we waited about 20 minutes behind this 1 car! so I called the store letting them know they need to get this drive through going cuz there's a huge line behind us now. They could have easily had this car pull to the side in order to service the other vehicles. Well some one eventually came out to put up the other cars orders. It's just ridiculous really. Please get a better system going for the drive through. Food and inside service is great!“

“During our travels, we'll normally stop for a quick meal the impossible burger. During covid, Burger Kings were understaffed and not we'll cared for. One incident at a drive up, we were told the two employees were going on break. If we wanted to wait, they could service us in 20 minutes. Unfortunately, we couldn't. There's a reason it's called fast food. So we drove across town to another Burger King, where we were promptly served. Of course it affected our travel plans. In the last year, though, the stores we patronized had more staff and were much cleaner. Hope this continues?

“I know it sounds ridiculous, but it was worth the drive to make it to this location , I found out so much history to this Radical Illinois College Town and the railraod is amazing , there is a grab bag here, for those thirsty rail fanners . Fascinating history about famous actors and actresses that came here and involvements in Step N Wolf , I will be coming back because from where I come from I miss that taste so bad and was it so delicious I could seriously scarf down a Steak Burger in 110 percent delight whilst watching a train go by , a neat train ! “Great food, great music, great owner, great staff, great bartenders. I love this place and I had some of my best memories here. I think the owner is a very nice and smart guy and that’s one of the reasons why this place has it all. If you wanna party, they have a huge space in the back with big mirrors (if anyone claims to have a dance bar and they don’t have mirrors there, they don’t know the business at all) and great DJs and light and music. OMG I’ve been to some of the fanciest bars in California but none of them can beat my experience from Joe’s. Totally worth the time (to stay in the line) and money (cover fee and drinks).“

“I have never been to this place and from the cost I never will. It looks to me that for 2 people having a burger, fries, and a drink, with tax would be around 50.00. For that price I would expect a floor show or play. There is no way you can make a hamburger worth 16.00.“
