“I had a very pleasant experience ordering, receiving, the meals I ordered for my son and myself tonight!! It started when I walked in the restaurant. I was greeted by highly spirited (teens?) employees. The one I remember best is Brenna - her last name she said is Allison. She smiled and immediately I felt the warmth. I ordered a veggie burger for myself, and a breaded chicken sandwich (both were meals) for my son. I had plaquard number 39. I didn't see the order my number was in, but that didn't matter, because by the time I poured and capped the drinks, Brenna had brought my order out to me. I thanked her profusely on her great customer service. I went to fill out a survey while I was in the restaurant, and it was VERY Difficult. The program errored me out twice. I called Brenna back over, thinking that she could get it available for me. She tried, but the number of numbers in the code to perform a survey were inhibitive. I came home, and ate a delicious dinner, and so did my son. I don't really ever have to remember why I ate at Culvers -- this is a kind reminder of the times I have here pretty consistently. “Need to work on their customer service skills Don't take 15 to 20 minutes to get a meal you put the order in the cashier machine and you get it ready somebody else two meals went out for I got mine and another guest That's not right talk to your manager about better skills learning how to do their job better“

“Staff Manager Christine was the best! Traveling from Chicago to St. Louis, my granddaughter left a very special stuffed animal in the the play room. Didn’t notice it was gone until we were back in St. Louis. Called the branch in Rantoul Il and told Christine of our mistake. On her own time and expense she had it mailed to us by the end of the day! Unbelievably kind!! Good Luck in life Christine!!“
