“This place is like steak and shake when it was good like in the 60s.Prices seem really low compared to other fast places and the food is prepped to order and is piping hot and delicious. I went in because it looks so retro and I was not disappointed in the least.Its one of my regular places now.“

“Great employees here. Food is always fresh. Only complaint is sometimes the outside speaker person doesn't react quick enough.. UPDATE: We ordered breakfast on the app, got there @ 10:28 was given a receipt and drinks then told we were too late for the food. My husband said why didn't they tell me that at the speaker or when they gave me a receipt? The boy at the window said well we can't turn the grill on just for you. So my husband went inside, the female MANAGER (who wouldn't give my husband her name) mumbled under her breath I'm so sick of rude customers. A lady next to my husband said it wasn't him it was the manager being rude. Then the regional manager came out and was nice. But we got our money back and no food. I think these people need a lesson in Customer service.“
