Went thru drive-thru and they forgot half our order. 🙄 If we wanted to go inside to get food we would have done that to begin with.
Slow drvethru
Just don't like it.

McDonald's is a popular fast-food restaurant that offers a variety of menu items. While some customers have reported issues such as soggy Big Macs and some rudeness from the drive-thru employees, others have had positive experiences with fresh food and quick service. One customer mentioned that the employees are great and the atmosphere feels like a small family. However, there have been complaints about the outside speaker not reacting quickly enough and a recent experience where a customer was told they were too late for breakfast after ordering through the app. The female manager was noted to be unhelpful during this incident, but a regional manager later showed kindness. Overall, the manager has been praised for being awesome, especially when the wifi went down. Many appreciate the attentive staff, but there is a need for improvement in customer service at times.
