I work as a PA for an elderly disabled 65 year old and she was unhappy with her service her last visit and the manager Tristan went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of and treated her with the upmost respect when speaking with her about the situation. He is probably the best McDonald's employee/manager I've ever experienced, in watseka or anywhere else. Thanks again for Tristan for being so kind and helpful!
