“This would’ve been a three star review but for the fabulous service. Everything at Topper is perfectly adequate. Nothing spectacular but also nothing bad. Certainly a place we would return to. Consider sticking to the basics.”

“My husband's favorite place to eat! We call this our regular Wednesday night dinner place, the one night of the week we most often go out. A great experience of Mexican food.Some of the service could be improved. Our favorite staff members are wonderful, a few however have a bit of trouble with their jobs.Sometimes they are super busy, apparently we're not the only ones who like them, yet things are consistently done in a timely and orderly way.”

“Passing through town early in the morning, heading west towing our RV/Home and noticed this coffee shop, so had to stop. Turned down the street between the coffee shop and MCD's. Little did I know it was a dead end and we are 64' long. Don't make the same mistake. But do make sure you stop here.I got an Irish Cream Latte and my wife had a Mint Chip. Mine Iced, hers Hot. I do like a lot of "cream" in my coffee. I also prefer to still have a bold taste of coffee pass through as well. The coffee was great.I noticed they had breakfast items as well. I was thinking I'd run across the street for a couple egg Mc's. I am glad I didn't. I got a "Bad Azz Bagel" for each of us. Across the street each cost about $3, here about twice as much. Still glad I didn't. The bagel wasn't something straight out of a grocery store bag. It was bakery quality, it was great. The cheese, aged white cheddar, had enough punch so you knew it was there. Because there was fresh fried bacon on top as well. And egg of course. It was worth the extra cost!Glad we stopped in for a quick breakfast sandwich and coffee. The staff was friendly too. And there was just enough room behind the shop for me to back my trailer in to turn around!”

“Stopped by this Gem as we passed through town. Restuarant was clean and comfortable. Overall the food was very good but if you like liver and onions it was exceptional (best I have ever had). Our waitress Heather was amazing and we will definitely stop by again.”

“Great spot to get a beer, shoot some pool, and hang out. The people are super friendly. They bought us our 1st round of drinks! There is not any beer on tap. Wine coolers and mixed drinks are also available.”

I've been to many locations threw out the state, & everyone of them has served the best pizza I have every had. They always have good food (not just the pizza), kind & helpful employees, & amazing atmosphere. If your at or near Watseka, then stop by for deliciousness!”

“Pizza was good but the cheese sauce is not little Caesars. It was nasty. They really need to get the right cheese sauce and fill them up like all the locations I've ever visited and I go twice a week...I'm kind of an addictParking: It's a large gas station. “The food is good and the staff is great. There was only one employee working when i went in and she was doing a great job to keep up with the long line. She gets 5 stars but management needs to hire more employees and schedule more people to be on the clock. No reason for one employee have to do it all by herself.”

“Just stopped in here on a whim, why haven’t I went here before….. they had 1.50 tacos that were top notch, I was in and out with my takeout so quick. I’m stopping every time I go past.”

“Ok, this place is only open for one season out of the year, but it's one of the best seasons because of this reason! Though it could use some updates on the interior, I like that it has the vintage type vibe. They have some of the best, deep fried, greasy picks. Mac and cheese bites, YES PLEASE. I like that the owner always uses fresh meat from the local meat locker. As I said, could definitely use some updates, but all in all, this place is a staple for the locals to visit in the summer.”

“Love the food, employees are usually very cold like they would rather you weren't there, they have kids that sit and cuss like crazy, maybe language barrier with their parents is their free pass. My young grandkids weren't impressed by it.”

“I wasn’t expecting anything special at first but this is probably one of the best if not the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I got the $5 cravings box and I’m not kidding when I say the food was steaming hot and fresh, the food was filled up (burrito and tacos were full), very friendly staff, and it all tasted great. Definitely recommend if you’re in Watseka and want Taco Bell!”

“I work as a PA for an elderly disabled 65 year old and she was unhappy with her service her last visit and the manager Tristan went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of and treated her with the upmost respect when speaking with her about the situation. He is probably the best McDonald's employee/manager I've ever experienced, in watseka or anywhere else. Thanks again for Tristan for being so kind and helpful!”

“Went with a friend for lunch. Busy place for a Thursday. Owner was tending bar and was very attentive. Talked us both into the daily special. Smash burger and sides. Burger had carmelized onions, two patties and cheese. Fries were small sized crinkle cuts. For $10 it was priced low in our opinion. Don’t be fooled by the exterior. Friendly locals at the bar we sat at. We will be going back.”
