I usually don’t like to leave a review but my experience was really unpleasant. It’s my first time visiting this place, and definitely the last time.
We came in and the staff told us it’s going to be slow since they didn’t have water. And yes, it was really slow and we waited longer than normal. But that wasn’t the problem. I wasn’t mad at this, I know it was a difficult day due to the snowy weather. I did have some empathies for them. The problem is - we asked for the bill when we almost done, we didn’t want to wait since their were really slow. The lady who might be the supervisor, came and stirred/ interfered with our pot, she used our spoon to stir the pot, showed us the food that was in our pot, then told us to finish all of them, while we were still eating. Excuse me? Can’t you see that we have not done yet? I’ve been to tons of hotpot buffet restaurants but I don’t know any restaurant staff would interfere my meal in this way, especially when we were still having food. My friend had to tell her that we would finish. After we paid, she said to us again that we need to finish our food and don’t waste her food. We were not even wasting and over-ordered. I took a video of the amount of the food we left, if the person argues that we wasted things I’ll post the video. WHAT SHE DID WAS JUST RUDE! First of all, we finished it. Secondly, she stands at no point to tell us what we should do with the food we purchased when we didn’t even planning on wasting. Please don’t tell me what I should do with my food, especially we paid for it. I’m not paying to come here and ask you teaching me how to do my thing. Last, and the worst, what pissed me off the most and made me want to leave this review, I had a stomach issue at 3:45 AM! I had nothing but their food for dinner, my stomach was fine for the whole day, I’m not sick, I usually don’t have this stomach problem. Don’t even try to tell me I had this issue before I came to yours or tell me that I ate too much.
I wanted to support your business and didn’t want to write this. But I was emotionally and physically unhappy with my experience.

Great service, very accommodating (we had some vegetarians in our party and they had many options), and fresh food. Definitly worth visiting, very excellent hot pot!

Been here twice, both time waited at least 30 minutes for a simple noodle. The worst service you can ever receive in a CU restaurant. Don’t come here.

My friend and I came in for dinner and had a fantastic time. The restaurant was beautiful, and we were seated as soon as we walked in. The menu was by QR code, which was convenient for a hot pot restaurant because you could order more food at any time. The menu also had suggested cook times for every ingredient which was helpful as this was our first time getting hot pot. We got the ribeye, a portion of noodles, a vegetable plate, and a tomato soup base. The soup base was delicious! The staff were super nice as well, they were very friendly and would frequently come over to check on us. Overall, it was a very good experience and I am very excited to return with more friends. We dined for approximately 2 hours.

Showed up with a large wedding party last minute and they were super accommodating and nice! Service was quick and food was pretty good. Would come back again!
Wonderful experience!!! Everything was so clean and fresh. Service was fast and every single employee was so kind. Will be back for sure!!!
This is the best hot pot you can get in the area. They were super accommodating and nice, even though I was asking for a lot. You can tell their stuff is fresh too.
The food here was good. There was a variety of options. However, I went to ask the lady when our food was coming (it had been a while) and she thought I was ordering something else.

The waitress here is super nice. They also offer noodles that is really nice and good price to performance! Great restaurant and I have been here many times.
Food is fresh, soup bases are super flavorful. They have a wide variety of vegetables, meat and noodles. The owners are so sweet and very accommodating & attentive!! They have a nice little selection of fresh fruit and desserts.

The sauce bar didn’t have all the ingredients to make the sauce. The fruit plates were emptied the whole time I was there. The broth could use more flavoring and seasoning. It was bland otherwise meat was good thin cut and veggies was fresh.
