We were traveling through town, interesting restaurant, has video slot machines on one side, they can be ignored. We got the red Thai curry and the eggplant with basil, and we added tofu to it. I am particularly focused on making sure the fryer is vegan and no meat is fried in the same fryer as tofu, the waitress assured me no meat was fried in the fryer, and it tasted clean, no meat taste. They were both very delicious dishes. Big mound of rice to go with it

It’s a hole in the wall restaurant, so of course the atmosphere could use some work, but I honestly appreciate when a restaurant focuses on the food and not the aesthetics. I got a pad woon sen, and my friend got the cashew chicken, and we noticed the two dishes seemed to use the exact same veggie mix, but I’m not complaining because it was really good and I was missing warm cooked vegetables after days of eating uncooked salads as my veggie side.
